Who you are supporting:
This fundraiser is for my 70 year old auntie. She recently suffered a stroke while she was at work in May. After a few weeks in the hospital, she was transferred to a rehabilitation center. Her insurance was terminated during her stay & she had to leave before she received any substantial treatment. The medical system in the U.S is notoriously expensive and difficult to access without healthcare coverage (she is not eligible for Medicaid/Medicare). We have been supporting her the best way we can: however, we do not have the resources to provide her with all the care needs. All funds will go towards securing long term care and seeing specialists who can better assist her during her recovery. Any help is greatly appreciated!
96.4% of your contribution will go directly to the campaign. The remaining 3.58% will go towards transaction fees. Production costs will be covered by me. I will share monthly updates on the funds collected online and in-person.
